Thank you for your interest in Twin Cities Vizsla Club Rescue.
We have a multi-step adoption screening process including this application, a phone interview and a home visit.
This application is intended to determine if both you and the Vizsla breed are compatible with each other. We want to make certain we are placing a dog in a home that hopefully, will remain there throughout its entire life.
Please take time to fill it out as completely as you can. All of the information you provide will remain confidential. Completing and submitting this application does not, however, guarantee that you will be eligible to adopt a Vizsla from TCVC rescue.
TCVC rescue committee is a small group of committed volunteers who work endless hours toward the goal of helping as many Vizslas that need our help. We are able to continue rescuing Vizslas through fund raising, donations and adoption fees.
Our adoption fees (dogs that are in our foster care program) is $350 and $150 for rehoming by club referral, with special consideration for special needs or senior dogs on a case-by-case basis.
Our adoptable dogs are neutered/spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations, heartworm tested and vet checked.
