Getting Started in Rally with Your Dog
We’ll have a short Rally novice course set up so and your dog can give it a try in an easy-going atmosphere, and we’ll demonstrate the how-to before you try it.
Rally could be described as the most fun-loving member of the obedience training family. It’s a sport that helps build teamwork between handler and dog as they complete a course of signs indicating what to do next – turns, halts, sits, downs, figure 8s, weaves, 360-degree circles, etc. At the Novice level, it’s all done on-leash.
