At meetings of the Board, the order of business, unless otherwise directed by majority vote of those present, shall be as follows: Reading of Minutes of Last Meeting Report of Secretary Report of Treasurer Report of Committees Unfinished Business New Business Adjournment All are welcome, but only Officers and Directors may vote.

Guests are welcome to attend! The board of directors meeting will begin immediately after the general membership meeting.
